Which way is the wind blowing?

The benefits of exercising outdoors are incredible, be it a run in the streets of your city or a body workout in the park.

Either way, at AirQ we like to stay updated with information - and share findings too!

The scientific community has not yet fully understood the impact of air quality on health and athletic performances for those who exercise outdoors. The majority of the studies relate to short-term effects but providing insights about long-term risks is another challenge. One thing is certain: the more one is exposed to poor air quality the worse is the oxygen intake capability.

One point to be made is simple. Exercising outdoors is good for your health; exercising outdoors with better awareness is much better.
