Which way is the wind blowing?

The benefits of exercising outdoor are incredible, being it a run in the streets of your city or a body workout in the park.

Either way, at AirQ we like to stay up to date with information - and share findings too!

The scientific community has not fully understood yet what is the impact that air quality has on health and athletic performances for those who exercise outdoor. The majority of the studies relates to short term effects but providing insights about long term risks is another challenge. One thing is certain: the more one is exposed to poor air quality the worse is the oxygen intake capability.

One point to be made is simple. Exercising outdoor is good for your health; exercising outdoor with better awareness is much better.
